Should you need to return an item, please review the following policy carefully.
Return Guidelines
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused, and unfired condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Please contact our Raleigh-based customer service team to initiate this process. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different item at no additional charge (excluding shipping). If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you, including shipping. Our founder, Brett Sullivan, ensures that every claim is handled personally to resolve the issue promptly.
