Returns & Refunds

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. The factory seal on the kit's plastic clamshell must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Kits where the packaging has been opened, or any product that has been altered, attempted to be milled, or shows signs of workshop handling, cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for eligible returns in original condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items: In the rare event you receive a kit with a manufacturer defect (e.g., a grossly out-of-spec frame or missing critical component), contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
