Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST may roll to the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking: We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. The carrier is selected based on destination for optimal transit time. A tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you upon shipment.

Shipping Restrictions: We ship only within the United States. We cannot ship to jurisdictions where possession of 80% lower receivers or frames is prohibited by law. It is the customer's responsibility to verify local legality before ordering.

International Note: We do not offer international shipping, including to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), due to complex and varying export control regulations.

Lost/Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note this with the carrier upon delivery. For lost or damaged shipments, contact [email protected] with your order number within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
